Tool
Cross-timezone Email Sender
Pick the best send time for an email to one or more recipients, factoring in their local working hours and weekday.
What makes this different
The day-alignment check is what makes this different from a generic scheduler. If your send day is Monday in your timezone but Sunday in the recipient's, the tool downgrades the recommendation and surfaces the next valid weekday.
How to use it
- Set your local timezone.
- Add recipient cities.
- Pick a send day (default: tomorrow).
- Read the recommended send time, with one or two alternatives.
Email open rates vary by up to 4x depending on the hour and weekday they arrive. But most "best time to send" advice ignores the fact that your recipient is in a different timezone. This tool picks a send time (in your local time and UTC) that lands inside the recipient's working hours on a weekday, and surfaces a few alternatives if your schedule is rigid.
Frequently asked questions
Does this account for spam filters?
No. Spam filter behaviour is opaque; the tool only optimises for working-hour alignment, which has a documented effect on open rate.
What about B2B vs B2C?
The recommendation assumes a B2B context. For consumer email, evening and weekend hours in the recipient's timezone often outperform weekday morning.
Why is the alternative worse?
Because no time can be inside working hours for every recipient when the spread is more than about 7 hours. The tool ranks by the least pain, not by perfection.
