Tool
Streaming Time Adapter
Convert a planned stream start time between streamer's timezone and viewer cities, with peak-viewer alignment.
What makes this different
The heat map is the differentiator. It shows, hour by hour, what fraction of the audience is awake. You can pick "everyone is awake" hours (smaller audience in any one timezone, but reliable) or "regional peak" hours (larger audience but skewed to one continent).
How to use it
- Set your streaming city.
- Add viewer cities with rough weights (number of viewers or importance).
- Pick the date.
- Read the recommended start time and a 24-hour heat map.
Most streamers pick a start time "that works for me" and accept that half their audience is asleep. This tool reframes the problem: pick the start time that maximises overlap with your viewer cities, then convert that into your local clock. Useful for product launches, live podcasts, gaming streams, and webinars.
Frequently asked questions
Why is the recommended time not 19:00 local?
Because 19:00 in the streamer's timezone may be 03:00 for a major audience city. The tool picks the time that maximises aggregate awake-audience weighted by your viewer mix.
Can I get more than one recommendation?
The heat map is interactive: hover any cell to see the exact awake-fraction per viewer city.
Does the tool know my YouTube analytics?
No. Viewer weights are entered manually based on your own knowledge of your audience.
